StreetFeet offer a free exchange policy; if for any reasons your goods are unsuitable simply fill out the form enclosed with your purchase and return the goods to us. Refunds: We can offer refunds on goods returned to us within 14 days of receipt , If goods are faulty a full refund will be issued however if goods are simply unwanted we offer a full refund minus the original postage costs. Refunds can only be issued to the original cardholder and card. Goods must be returned in the same condition and with all the original tags and packaging. we strongly recommend that you use either recorded delivery or special delivery so you have proof of delivery. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure returns reach us in perfect condition.
